Safety Concerns

Physicans, patients/families, or staff are free to report concerns relating to quality of care of patient safety without fear of retaliation.

Concerns may be reported to the nursing supervisor by contacting the hospital operator or by contacting The Joint Commission at 1-800-944-6610 or complaint@jointcommission.org.
