American Cancer Society Honors Lourdes During Special Ceremony

Lourdes’ Relay for Life team has earned the worldwide ranking as one of the top five fundraising teams in the world, out of 250,000 relay teams. Lourdes is also the top Relay for Life fundraising team in the state of Kentucky. National representatives from the American Cancer Society presented the Lourdes team with a special award today for their hard work. This year’s Lourdes’ Dancing with Our Stars dancing competition raised a record-breaking $220, 500. Additional fundraisers bring the Lourdes total to $224,587 with monies still coming in.
